We’re delighted to announce the merger of Netopa and SoConnect is complete with Netopa now fully integrated into SoConnect operations from 1st April. Although we find ourselves in unprecedented times, our Edinburgh and Borders based teams have been working closely together over the last four months to get to know one another and share best practices, ensuring our customers continue to experience the same level of excellent service.
The completion of the merger allows us to serve customers better and in more robust ways than we would have been able to accomplish separately. At SoConnect, our vision is to have ‘Happy customers, always’ and we are committed to adding value to the excellent service customers already received from the Netopa team. Our focus on customer service is what separates us from competitors. We listen to feedback to make sure we are continually improving our service and customers experience.
Merging Netopa and SoConnect means we can now provide customers with easy access to great value tailored Managed Services, Telecommunications and Internet products all from one supplier. Customers will now be serviced by our 20 strong expert support team based in both, Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders who have access to 200 engineers across the UK.
